The information below is presented to help you use our services more fully and effectively.

We have a broad range of knowledge and experience working with the Internal Revenue Service, domestic and international entities, and individuals of various backgrounds and social-economic class. We also have affiliations with Washington, DC firms allowing us to keep you up to date on the most current legislation. We are currently licensed in the District of Columbia and the states of Virginia and TEXAS.

Since 1979, our Dallas based C.P.A. firm has provided day-to-day professional services for our clients as well as long-term planning.

Our client base spans the globe from Damascus to Malaysia (East to West) and from Finland to Australia (North to South).

We are called upon to perform various professional services including, but not limited to, preparation of U.S. individual, corporate, partnership and fiduciary tax returns; preparation of international tax filings; research of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code; research of the International Tax and Treaty Code; assisting in setting up U. S. corporations and partnerships; establishing foreign trusts; interpretation and review of State, Provincial, Federal, Country, Dominion, etc., tax and financial information; and consulting and compliance services for individuals, corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, associations, homeowner's associations, non-profit entities, DISC corporations, foreign affiliates, foreign corporations doing business in the United States, foreign businesses with NO United States involvement, trusts, and estates.

As a client, any of the above services can, and should be discussed with us on a regular basis. Please remember that without your input, we cannot serve you properly.

As a client, as we become aware of any particular tax and/or financial changes that may affect you according to the services we are providing, we will inform you of such changes by direct mail or newsletter.

The office is open between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. (Central Standard Time)(United States of America), Monday through Friday (United States holidays excepted). During these hours you may call to schedule an appointment, request professional services, or obtain information.
